In your test kit you will receive:

- Detailed Instructions
- Requisition Form
- Prepaid Shipping Label and Envelope
Follow these 4 easy steps to collect your sample
- Read through the instructions
- Fill out the requisition form with your information
- Collect your samples by filling the tube(s) with saliva
- Ship your sample to the lab for analysis with the included prepaid shipping supplies
Your results will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.
