Follow these 4 easy steps to collect your sample

2. Fill out the requisition form with your information
3. Collect your samples by filling the tube(s) with saliva
4. Ship your sample to the lab for analysis with the included prepaid shipping supplies

Your results will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.

What Information Will Be Included With Your Results?

• You will know your hormone levels
• The normal ranges for your age and menstrual status

What Do You Do With Your Results?

Your results can be used by your health care provider to design a bioidentical hormone supplementation program.  If your health care provider does not know about bioidentical hormones you can complete our hormone balance evaluation and we will review your results with you and make a recommendation to your health care provider for you.
