How Does Saliva Testing Work?

In your test kit you will receive:

• Collection Vial(s)
• Detailed Instructions
• Requisition Form
• Prepaid Shipping Label and Envelope

Follow these 4 easy steps to collect your sample

1. Read through the instructions
2. Fill out the requisition form with your information
3. Collect your samples by filling the tube(s) with saliva
4. Ship your sample to the lab for analysis with the included prepaid shipping supplies

Your results will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.

What Information Will Be Included With Your Results?

• You will know your hormone levels
• The normal ranges for your age and menstrual status
• How your symptoms correlate with a hormone imbalance
• General information about your results

What Do You Do With Your Results?
