What is FOS?

FOS or fructooligosaccharides (frewk-toe-oligo-sak-a-rides) are “fast food” for probiotics.

Bad bugs such as yeast and other harmful bacteria grow and multiply when you eat sugary foods. FOS is a calorie-free carbohydrate that fuels the healthy bacteria and but NOT the bad ones.
