Hilarie Redline, PharmD, is co-founder of Redline Compounding Pharmacy and the clinical leader of its compounded bioidentical hormone therapy (cBHT) program.
A 2001 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy, she has spent over two decades specializing in personalized hormone therapy for women in perimenopause, menopause, and surgical menopause.
Her work centers on careful hormone testing, symptom pattern recognition, and collaborative plan development with prescribers to create individualized compounded hormone solutions.
Hilarie combines evidence-informed hormone science with deep listening, helping women understand how estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, and adrenal patterns intersect with sleep, mood, metabolism, and cognitive function.
She works exclusively within the pharmacist–prescriber partnership model, drafting hormone therapy recommendations that are tailored, precise, and aligned with each patient’s goals and physiology. Her approach reflects Redline’s philosophy: test thoughtfully, tailor carefully, and help women feel like themselves again.
