Sarah Hajek, PharmD, has been part of the Redline team since 2021 and leads compounding compliance at Redline Compounding Pharmacy, ensuring strict adherence to USP standards, internal quality protocols, and regulatory requirements .

In this role, she oversees compounding procedures, documentation systems, environmental controls, and quality assurance processes that safeguard the precision and consistency of every customized medication prepared.

Sarah works closely with the hormone team to ensure compounded bioidentical hormone therapies and related formulations are prepared accurately and consistently.

She is also available to support patients and prescribers with practical questions that arise during ongoing hormone therapy, helping clarify instructions, discuss application considerations, and reinforce safe medication use.

Her leadership in non-sterile compliance strengthens both the reliability and integrity of Redline’s personalized hormone and compounding services.
