“I Always Felt I Was Making Progress”

It seemed as I got older that I just kept putting weight on and it was impossible to take off.  I finally decided that I needed help, and researched some different options.  I decided on Ideal Protein, and I’m so glad I did.  It was so “doable”.  There was a lot of variety in the Ideal Protein food, and I never really felt hungry.  I always felt like I was making progress, which was huge in keeping me motivated.  Another factor that helped keep me motivated was Courtney.  She was always helpful with suggestions and encouragement.  I’m very grateful for all of her help.  When people comment about my weight loss, I’m quick to tell them it’s because of Ideal Protein.  I knew that I could not lose weight on my own, and I’m so glad that I got help from Ideal Protein.
