Redline isn't a clinic, and we don't prescribe. We're a PCAB/ACHC-accredited compounding pharmacy based in Hastings, Nebraska, serving patients across Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, and South Dakota. What makes us different is the depth of the process we bring to hormone health and the fact that our pharmacists have the time and specialized training to do what most appointments can't.

Our approach follows a clear pathway:

1. Free Discovery Call: A brief conversation with Courtney to understand your situation and answer your initial questions.
2. Hormone Testing: Saliva and blood spot kits you collect at home, guided by specific instructions so your results actually mean something.
3. Paid Pharmacist Consultation: A dedicated appointment with one of our hormone specialists to walk through your results, your history, and your goals, not in a rushed way, but in a way that connects the dots.
4. Written Recommendations for Your Prescriber: We don't replace your doctor. We prepare a clear summary of what your testing shows and what options are worth considering, which your own provider uses to write a prescription if and when that makes sense.

What to Expect

Our patient coordinator will ask about your symptoms, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to understand or change. She'll explain the testing process and what a pharmacist consultation involves, and she'll answer any questions you have about working with a compounding pharmacy. The call is typically 15–20 minutes and can be done by phone or video.

From there, if testing makes sense, she'll walk you through exactly how to get started. If now isn't the right time, that's okay too, you'll leave with a clearer picture of your options than you had before.
