24 Nov “I Struggled Losing Weight Before Ideal Protein”
“At my heaviest, I was 287 lbs. I started making changes back in 2014. In one summer I started running and just eating less. I dropped down to 235 in one summer on my own. This wasn’t sustainable though. I bounced back and forth up and down for a few years.
I started my Ideal Protein process back at the beginning of July 2019. I weighed in at 261 pounds. My original goal was to get to 220 pounds. I also told Courtney that I would be training for a marathon throughout the time that I would be working with her. She was great in adjusting and helping me meet my needs throughout that summer. It wasn’t long and I had already hit my 220 pound goal, so I told her that I wanted to keep going to 200 pounds.
On November 1st of 2019 I weighed in at 199.8 pounds. Courtney was fantastic to work with. The program is strict but simple to follow. I now check in with Courtney on a weekly basis just to see how I am doing, and I will continue to meet with her for as long as I can.
