01 Aug “The Ideal Protein Program Makes Sense”
“I’ve tried many different diets, but could never stick with them. I might lose a couple pounds here and there but without having anyone to hold me accountable, I didn’t give the diets my full commitment. With Ideal Protein (IP), I loved having a personal coach to talk to when I had questions. I also liked having someone to help me figure out meal planning. The daily IP videos taught me a lot and helped me stay committed to the program.
We had a close personal friend and his wife try the protocol, and they had good results. When they explained the program to us, it just made sense. After seeing their results, my husband and I decided to try it together. He lost the weight faster than I did, which was hard at times, but really encouraged me to keep going.
