I have struggled with my weight all my life as well as how I perceived my body. I can remember going on all kinds of diets as a teenager, some worked for a while. As I got older losing weight became harder.  I have been on all the diets and they work for a while, I would get close to my goal and then I would find an excuse to quit without reaching my goal and eventually the weight came back. Courtney had invited me to try Ideal Protein and I ignored that invitation for a year or more. Then I told a friend about it, not thinking she would really lose weight…guess what, she did. She looked amazing. I decided to try it. I lost weight consistently  each week. The thing that really motivated me was that after doing the measurements, weigh-ins etc, it showed my age at 89….I am 59. That really scared me. I was determined to hit my goal and get healthy. I had one or two times that I deviated from the protocol but I got right back on and finally hit my goal in November. Not only is it great buying clothes several sizes smaller but my age now shows under my actual age. I am on Phase 3 and can see this is something I can do for the rest of my life to stay healthy. The support and coaching from Courtney has been invaluable. I would, and have recommended IP to my friends and family.
