“I believe that Ideal Protein does work! The reason for my statement is because the last 4-5 years I have tried several different diets that have helped me lose weight but I’d gain it back very quickly. Sometimes with even more weight than when I started. Due to my being overweight, I began having problems with high blood pressure, high glucose levels and I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease.
A friend told me about the Ideal Protein program. At first, I had my doubts after so many attempts with different diet programs but 4 weeks into the program I no longer needed my blood pressure medication, my A1C levels have been regulated in the normal range and the levels of my fatty level disease had reduced. I now have more energy and I feel like I have regained my life again. I am more active and my self-esteem has sky rocketed.
