Consultation

This Is Where the Picture Comes Together

The paid pharmacist consultation is where your hormone story stops being a collection of frustrating symptoms and starts making clinical sense.

By the time you sit down with one of our hormone specialist pharmacists your test results are in, your health history form has been reviewed, and the groundwork from your discovery call has been noted. This appointment is built to connect all of it.

It typically runs 45–60 minutes by phone or video, and it is genuinely unhurried. We don't scan for bolded out-of-range values and read them back to you. We do something much more useful: we hold your symptom timeline, your history, and your lab results together and ask what pattern emerges and then we explain that pattern in plain language.

Consultation

What We Review Together

Depending on your testing panel, your consultation may walk through estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, thyroid markers, and cortisol rhythm. But the numbers are never the point on their own. The pharmacist connects each marker to what you described on your history form and what you've been living with day to day.

That might sound like: "Here's how your progesterone pattern explains why your sleep falls apart in the two weeks before your cycle." Or: "Your estradiol is dropping in a way that tracks closely with the brain fog and heat you've been describing." Or: "Your cortisol rhythm tells us something important about why your energy crashes by mid-afternoon."

Most women tell us this is the first time anyone has explained their hormones in a way that actually maps onto their experience, rather than just telling them everything looks "normal" or "low."

What Comes Out of the Consultation

At the end of your appointment, we prepare a written summary of findings and recommendations that is shared with your prescribing provider.

This document outlines what patterns we're seeing in your results, why those patterns matter clinically, and what options are worth considering, including specific compounded bioidentical hormone formulations if appropriate.

We don't prescribe. That remains entirely in the hands of your own provider. What we do is give them, and you, a clear, evidence-informed starting point that is grounded in your actual physiology rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

If you and your prescriber decide to move forward with a compounded hormone plan, we'll be ready. And we don't disappear after that, follow-up, dose adjustments, and ongoing support are part of how we work.
